LIGHT AND STRONG
The timber bunks are manufactured in Sweden and are well adapted to harsh and demanding conditions.
TIMBER BUNKS
Our timber bunks are developed to maximize both the life cycle of the bunk and its loading weight. The bunks are available in three variants; T8 (maximum load 8 tonnes) and T10 (maximum load 10 tonnes), as well as the patented, unique TA bunk that allows you to load more wood and increase the profit.
We offer bolsters in two variants, choose between conical and telescopic bolsters.

THE BENEFITS OF ALUMINUM
Our timber bunks are made of high grade extruded aluminum. Using extruded profiles have numerous benefits. You can design your profile, according to the characteristics you want. Our products are designed to optimize strength while simultaneously keeping a low weight. We also integrate several smart functions into our design. For example, the aluminum on the insides of our bolsters are thick to be able to withstand the pressure from the timber. On the outsides, where there is no pressure, the aluminum is thin, keeping a low weight. This flexibility, making it possible to construct a strong but light profile, can only be achieved using aluminum. As an example, our patented TA10 bunk, is 82 kg lighter than a comparable high grade steel bunk.
Another positive thing is that aluminum is 30% lighter then steel, making it possible for you to load more timber and spending less fuel. Aluminum is good for the environment since it does not rust, is 100% recyclable and the production emits no carbon. 75% of all extruded aluminum in the world is still in use.
Making a timber bunk out of aluminum, requires the right kind of aluminum. We use a high grade aluminium which is extruded in Sweden. This grade of aluminum is strong, and offers high elongation to withstand warp, crack and bending. This durable kind of aluminum is also used in trucks, railways and airplanes.
The normal lifespan of our aluminum timber bunks, with stakes and brackets is more than 10 years.
